This series of works is part of the research project on territory and cartography «Lloc, lluny, llar», which originates in the crossing that Noris made on foot in August 2020, from Tàrrega to Farrera, on the occasion of the sixth edition of the Grand Tour organised by Nau Côclea. The artist used the graphic pattern of the daily routes to deconstruct the journey and construct new territories. The patterns of each day’s walk, repeated and superimposed on one another in a grid, subvert spatial structures and transform the vertical unfolding of time —that of going from one point to another over a day’s walk— into a single moment in which everything happens at the same instant, simultaneously; impossible territories where only the walker’s eternal present exists, in the repetition of a path that will never be the same.
