«The practice of the Italian artist Marco Noris, who has lived in Catalonia for two decades, explores different forms of pictorial creation related to the trace and to the body in motion. His research focuses on the landscape, the territory, the ruin, memory and the archive. As is now customary in our end of year, in this closing session of the third season of “La universidad des_conocida”, Noris unfolds his process by breaking the limits of the lecture format.
»“From lived experience to creation. Walking as an instrument of artistic research” is a performative journey through Marco Noris’s artistic projects, his working methods, his processes and the way in which walking intervenes in a fundamental way throughout his practice. Through the use of different elements and languages, Noris will create, in real time, a conceptual map to illustrate the origins of his projects, the references with which they dialogue, as well as the discoveries, mistakes and choices he had to make during their development.»

#plantauno is a cultural research centre. An open space for developing processes, prototyping knowledge from practice, weaving relationships and cultivating affects. 500 m² of a former industrial warehouse in the heart of the “Distrito Cultural L’H” (L’Hospitalet de Llobregat / Barcelona), from which to share the experience of the organisations Trànsit Projectes, CEPS Projectes Socials and ITD around cultural management and social dynamics for development.
