25.05.2022 — I am very happy to announce my new project, which will begin on 7 June: Sequere (La Entrega, act II).

Sequere is a project on time and memory that will begin with a symbolic act: collecting water in the Delta of the Ebro and walking along the Segre River to return it to its source. The artist’s gaze and his body crossing space and time will be the instruments to activate a poetic reading of the territory: the experiences along the route and the space crossed, with its geography, its place names, its towns and its mountains, will be the trigger for an investigation into historical memory, human relationships and territory.

The performative action will be followed by studio production for the future solo exhibition at La Gòtika in Lleida (2023).

Some stretches of the route will be open: anyone interested in walking with me can contact me privately.

The project is produced by the Institut d’Estudis Ilerdencs / Diputació de Lleida.
