A behind-the-scenes journey during Noris’s stay at Baladre (Balada), the artist residency of the Lo Pati Art Centre in Amposta. A magical month on the banks of the Ebro, preparing the Cos d’Ebre exhibition—creating and inhabiting the river from a slowed, held presence, easing a landing that was still far from taking place.

Photographic series made during the field visit prior to the installation of the project Within the Skin of the Earth at the former industrial complex of Cal Trepat (Tàrrega). The images register the artist’s encounter with a heritage site marked by the trace of manual labour and industrial matter.
